By creating an account on KHLEO. ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Bids placed on the Platform are binding commitments. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full amount if you are declared the winner. If you win and do not complete payment within the payment window, each unpaid won auction is recorded as a strike on your account; accumulating 3 strikes leads to a permanent ban, plus potential legal remedies. All auction sales are final once marked as paid: payments are on-chain USDC transfers and cannot be reversed, and KHLEO does not issue refunds. Content shown in previews and delivered assets is uploaded by creators, not by KHLEO. We work to ensure quality standards through moderation, but the uploaded content is not our responsibility. If what you received is materially different from the preview (bait), you may report the auction from your won items; reports are reviewed by moderation and may lead to strikes or bans for the creator, but do not entitle you to a refund.
All payments are processed in USDC on the Base network. The Platform retains a fee on each transaction as disclosed at the time of sale. Creators receive the remainder after the Platform fee is deducted. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to network delays.
KHLEO is non-custodial by design. We never have access to your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, or funds, and we never custody assets on your behalf. Connecting a wallet (for example, via WalletConnect, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or any self-custody wallet) only links its public address to your account for display, payouts, and verification. Every payment — winning bids, tips, and donations — is a USDC transfer on Base that must be explicitly signed and approved inside your own wallet app. KHLEO cannot initiate, move, approve, or reverse any transaction without your signature, cannot access your wallet if you are logged in with email, and cannot recover your funds if you lose your keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrase, for keeping a small amount of ETH for Base gas, and for verifying transaction details before signing. If you grant a wallet permission (allowance) to another dApp, that permission is between you and that dApp, not KHLEO.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: harassment, fraud, money laundering, posting illegal content, manipulating bids, and interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Platform.
Content uploaded by creators remains their intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant KHLEO. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
KHLEO. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any guarantee that preview content will match delivered auction assets. Creator-uploaded content is not our responsibility, though we enforce quality standards via moderation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHLEO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including disappointment with won content. No refunds are issued once an auction is paid.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
